Mythic-plus dungeons have long since overtaken raids as the main activity in WoW. You need fewer players, the runs are shorter, and the difficulty is much more variable. Thanks to the different keystone levels, every player and every group can play at the level they enjoy the most. And since there is no limit to the top, you never reach the point that you've done it all.
And as usual in WoW, when there is no limit, various groups try to get as high as possible. With sophisticated tactics and perfectly prepared, they tackle the extremely high-level dungeons and are more and more successful. Meanwhile, even level 25 was successfully completed by a Chinese group within the time limit. They completed the Necrotic Lane in 35:35 minutes, a good 25 seconds under the time limit.

The group composition is not a big surprise. In contrast to the MDI, where we saw a lot of Discipline Priests, Unholy Death Knights and Marksmanship Hunters, the highest levels are dominated by a different composition: Vengeful Demon Hunter, Holy Paladin, Fire Mage, Balance Druid and Lawless Rogue. Because here it's not so much about being particularly fast, but staying within the time limit and surviving the heavy damage that comes down on the group.
After that, the group also tried Plague Rush level 26, where they missed the time limit by almost 20 minutes.

Of course, there are only a handful of players at such high levels, and they spend a lot of time perfecting tactics and their own game. Most players are probably on levels between 5 and 15.
