The ghostly Vulpin is the basic soul form that you get as a cross-class ability at the very beginning of the Night Fae Pact from WoW: Shadowlands. However, you don't have to stay with the fox spirit forever. There are many different Soul Shapes

hidden throughout the Shadowlands for you to discover and learn.

The sources of new Soul Shapes, which you can get in the form of items, vary. Some shapeshifts you get as quest rewards, while others drop as loot from rare enemies or instance bosses. Other sources include the Covenant Campaign, the Covenant Sanctum, reputation rewards, or PvP.

Once you discover a new Soul Form, the item will start a quest that you must then turn in to Lady Muunn in the Pact Sanctum (coordinates: 39/27) to activate the new form. In this comprehensive guide, you'll find all of the Night Fae Soulforms that have been discovered so far.

The new Soulforms in Patch 9.1

The dataminers had already found more than 20 different forms in the beta of Shadowlands, which make the hearts of collectors beat faster. A large part of them have been discovered by the players in the meantime, but there are some animal forms that have remained hidden from us until now. Patch 9.1: Chains of Domination reveals the big secret about the six Soul Shapes you can look forward to with the new update for WoW (buy now 14,99 € ).

• You can getHippopotamus Soul from the Wild Hunt war chest. The chest is a reward for Night Fae attack in the Maw.
• Saurolisk Soul is a random loot item in the Adamant Vault of Torghast.
• Spider Soul can be included in one of the treasure chests from Korthia if you are lucky.
• Cobra Soul can be obtained as random loot in PvP matches.
• Hyena Soul can be found as random loot in Mythic Plus dungeons.
• The source of Yak Soul is still unknown. However, the item is rumored to drop from the final boss So'leah in the mega dungeon Tazavesh.
